The Bonding Conference is The Chemists' Club's most interactive and innovative annual event, including a panel discussion, student poster session, and reception.

The 2024 BondCon will host an industry panel on improving inclusion in the scientific community and will be held in the evening of October 22nd at the Liederkranz Club on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, near the Metropolitan Museum. Thank you to this year's sponsors, Dow and Mike's Amazing

Moderator and Panelists

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Cory Valente, Global Leader for the LGBTQ+ & Ally employee resource group at Dow.

  • Ms. Jane Barry-Moran, Managing Director at Out Leadership, who oversees research and programs to advance recruitment, development, and empowerment of diverse talent in the global business community

Event Format

Following the panel discussion and Q&A, there will be an interactive reception and a poster session to showcase student scholars. Professionals will have the opportunity to meet an outstanding group of advanced students presenting their personal and professional interests. We hope this unique event will facilitate valuable connections, and we encourage the exchange of business cards, follow-ups, and interviews.
